Blair Hedges graduated from Washington University in St. Louis where she majored in psychology and minored in business. During her time as an undergrad, Blair pursued leadership roles within a wide variety of organizations such as Dance Marathon, Uncle Joe's Peer Counseling, and Kappa Kappa Gamma. Her involvement in campus activities combined with her work as a Career Peer at Wash U's Career Center led Blair to consider pursuing a career within the higher education field. Following graduation, she worked as an Admissions Representative until returning to school for graduate studies. While pursuing her Master's in Higher Education and Student Affairs at The Ohio State University, Blair was a practicum student at OSU's Hillel where she helped plan Graduate and Professional student programs. She also had a graduate assistantship with Engineering Career Services and is consequently adept at critiquing, editing, and writing resumes.  In her free time, Blair enjoys traveling, reading (especially about Judaism), trying to make decent-looking crafts and apartment decor, interviewing prospective Wash U students, and following college football (especially the Buckeyes) and professional baseball (especially the Reds). She and her new kitten, Gordon, are both originally from a farm in a small town about forty miles north of Columbus. Blair is really excited about her new job and would love to meet you. Stop by and say hi!
