Meal Reservation Form

Make your reservation by contacting jewishlife@duke.edu or calling 919.684.6422.  Please note that reservations received after 3p on Wednesday April 8th will not be processed until Monday April 13th due to the holiday.  In addition, no additional reservations will be accepted after 3p on Tuesday April 14th.  If you do not have a reservation, meals will be available while supplies last so feel free to stop by the Freeman Center for Jewish Life.  No reservations are necessary for dinner Mon Apr 13 - Thu Apr 16.

If you have already completed your reservation, pay here via Duke Food or Duke FLEX.
