Israel is an important part of Jewish Life at Duke. Programming focuses on the culture, history and politics of Israel. Israel is highlighted on campus each spring with a full-day celebration.
As a student group, Duke Friends of Israel offers a safe space to discuss, understand, and learn about Israel while working hard to support Israel in the Duke community.
Jewish Life at Duke participates with Taglit-Birthright Israel each spring. Taglit-Birthright Israel provides students the opportunity to travel to Israel for FREE. Staff are always available to discuss additional opportunities for students to visit Israel.
